Link breath to movement through a guided series of postures designed to build heat, detoxify the body, and calm the mind — all surrounded by panoramic mountain views and the peaceful atmosphere of Acreage.
Each participant will receive Sound Off wireless headphones for an immersive silent yoga experience, allowing you to fully focus on the instructor and music while disconnecting from outside noise.
Bring your own yoga mat, water bottle, and layers for changing Colorado weather. Space may be limited depending on attendance.
