Allow us to take care of Sunday Supper every week. Our rotating Chef’s menu of wood-fired delights feeds 3-4 people, for just $60.

—Roasted parsnips, gremolata
—Duck fat roasted potatoes

Collected over a few weeks last September from homes across the front range, we pressed it, then fermented slowly to reveal a clean, bright cider with lively aromatics and a rich, fruity dryness.
